Refunds:
Generally, TaggMe does not offer refunds for purchases, as our services are offered as a one-time purchase for a duration of one year.
However, we understand that there may be exceptional circumstances. If you believe you are entitled to a refund, please contact us within 7 days of your purchase at hello@taggme.app, explaining the reason for your request.
All refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and decisions will be made at the discretion of TaggMe.
Cancellations:
TaggMe does not typically allow cancellations for purchases, as our services are offered as a one-time purchase for a duration of one year, and there are no automatic renewals.
In exceptional cases, if you wish to cancel your purchase within 7 days of the transaction, you may request a cancellation by emailing us at hello@taggme.app.
Requests for cancellation will be considered on a case-by-case basis, and decisions will be made at the discretion of TaggMe.
